2. What are the exchange, return, and refund policies for Herbgreek.com?
   We accept returns of any product within 10 days of purchase, provided the packaging is unopened. If the packaging has been opened and you are not satisfied, please call +923021879102, and our customer care agents will guide you on the next steps. You have two options for returning your product(s):

Option 1:
Return the product(s) directly to Herbgreek at 96 Gulberg Town, Khanewal. Upon receiving the returned product(s), we will refund the amount to your bank account, Easy Paisa, or Jazz Cash.

Option 2:
Our partner courier will pick up the product(s) from your delivery address. Once we receive the returned product(s) at Herbgreek, we will deduct Rs 200 from your order amount and refund the remainder to your bank account, Easy Paisa, or Jazz Cash.

If you believe your product has been tampered with, please retain the original product and packaging if possible, and we will provide instructions on how to return the product.
